SHIPPING

• Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of pre-order items usually take 3-6 weeks after release/ship out date from Thailand.

• We will not be accountable for damages, loss, delay or any delivery failure which may arise during the shipping process of the items as these circumstances are beyond our control. Nevertheless, we will still provide assistance in tracking your orders.

ORDER STATUS

• Payment confirmation - Status will be changed to "Paid"

• Items in process - Status will be changed to "Processing"

• Items shipped out - Status will be changed to "Shipped"
